** Saturday Event **

I just wanted to clear up any confusion about Saturday. There will be no actual tickets given to anyone for the Saturday event. I have a list of those who have paid and RSVP'd. When you arrive on Saturday we will have someone at the door marking names off and letting you in. **RSVP deadline**

This Friday September 18th IS the FINAL deadline to let the hall know how many will be attending the Saturday October 3rd event.

I think we've given everyone enough time to get their payments in. If you want to come and haven't sent your RSVP with check in the mail already you might want to make a PayPal payment before this Friday to make sure you get a seat.

Just a friendly reminder

RSVP's are due one week from tomorrow. I must make it completely clear that we need to let the hall know how many will be attending the October 3rd event so they know for catering. If we don't get enough RSVP's by the 12th I might have to negotiate with the hall and get a smaller room, if they will let me. The hall has a minimum number we have to fill and if we don't fill that amount the reunion committee will have to pay the hall for the difference which could get quite expensive . If you've lost your invite or RSVP card and you need a new one please contact me via email and I'll send another one to you, if you still have your RSVP please send it ASAP. Thanks!!

Meeting/Invites

We had another meeting on Sunday to discuss some more about the reunion and stuff envelopes. All of the invites are in the mail as of today so keep your eyes open and get those RSVP's rolling back to us!!

Photo Slide Show

We are planning on having a projector photo slide show at the dinner on October 3rd and we need as many photos of class memories as we can get. If you have any old photos from any of our high school years please send them to fremontross1999@gmail.com or if you have too many to send via email go to http://photobucket.com/fremontross1999, you'll have to setup a photobucket account if you don't already have one.

*General Update*

I just want to make sure everyone knows a basic summary of whats going on with the reunion. We are having a 3 day event on the weekend of October 3rd.

• October 2nd we are catching a home game at Ross, we are going to try and get seating together so we are working on getting that ironed out as we speak. We will be going to The Depot after the game for pizza and drinks.
  
• October 3rd we are having a formal dinner at Crystal Arbors Banquet Hall starting at 6pm. Open bar, pasta buffet and DJ. Tickets are $35 per person.
• October 4th we are meeting at Sandusky Twp. Fire Station Park at 2pm. Chili and dogs will be provided but we ask that every family will bring a dish to pass, table service, and their own beverages.
  

Fremont Ross Reader Board

Natasha called the school and asked them to post something on the reader board letting people know that we are having a reunion, hopefully this will get some people to call me for more info.
